Our process
After your initial contact we’ll send a representative out to do an onsite evaluation and provide design and materials advice. This is an obligation free quote. Progress payments may be required depending on the total value of your project.
If you are happy with the consultation and have decided to go ahead with your pergola project we will require a 10% deposit to get started.
The outstanding balance is due and payable immediately on completion of your project.
We will remove all offcuts and waste material from your property on completion.
